Torches jump selected placement

The torches would go where I tell them

The torches jump placement randomly, to a different wall, or the ground when you don't want them to

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make torches
2. Try to place torches
3. Torches troll you by going elsewhere
4. Repeat
