Chat unusable

On a generic device (Quadro SQ-50E23A to be specific) there is a bug which doesn't allow chat messages to be shown in the chat menu and outside of it when chat menu gets opened by a player. Also, every time the chat menu is opened, Hide Chat button turns on if it was off, and it's on by default.
(It's still a problem on build 3)
