The wall does not rise properly under the candles

Summary:

The wall does not rise properly under the candles. The dimensions of the wall uplift, as if a complete block were placed on the wall. This also does not match the Java version.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the complete block (due to MCPE-130695).
2. Place candles on it.
3. Remove the support block.
4. Place (minimum) wall block 3 in a row (center block under the candles).

Observed results:

The size of the uplift of the wall, as if there were a full block above the wall.

Expected results:

The size of the wall uplift will be the minimum.
