Affected blocks:

• Spawner
• Shulker Box ³
• Azalea ¹
• Stonecutter ²
• Daylight Sensor ²

Abc ¹ - only on the top side of the block.
Abc ² - only on the underside of the block.
Abc ³ -  in a closed block position.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the indicated blocks.
2. Try placing amethysts on the placed blocks.

Observed results:
You cannot place amethysts on placed blocks.

Expected results:
Amethysts (subject to notes) will be placed on the indicated blocks.
