MC cannot detect RTX GPU when the first GPU is not an RTX GPU

I have a system build with two dedicated GPUs. An RX580 as GPU0 and an RTX3080 as GPU1. The RX580 is for a software which only support AMD GPUs, and the RTX3080 is for gaming. When the only display is connected to RTX3080, I can run other RTX supported games like Cyberpunck 2077. But 1.17.30.25 Beta shows I do not have a supported device so I cannot enable RTX and DLSS.

 

The NVIDIA driver was installed by NVIDIA experience and updated to the newest version 471.96.
