No emotes icon in boat and boat chest when riding it.

Issue problem :

1.No emote UI when riding boat and boat chest. 

2.Unable to play emote in boat and boat chest. 

 

Reproduce issued :

1.Enter boat/boat chest 

2.Observer the UI icon on top. 

 

Suppose to be :

1.There will be emote when riding boat and boat chest. 

2.Able to play emote in boat and boat chest. 

 

This issue is available in every platform such as pc,mobile and more.
