Minecraft marketplace packs dont work on beta

I had bought 2 minecraft pack from marketplace "SimplyCubed" "Venillabdcraft"
And when i bought those packs i was in the beta version, then i left beta and checked back on the normal version...they where not atall there then i went back to beta found them. Then decide to check the file location and the file "premium_cache" was an encrypted file, mean we cant access it, it would be more helpful if these packs where saved in resource packs foldet.
Pls fix thi and requested to add the to pack in my game back in the version 1.17.11 ign:GodlessNUb3.
