Fire creates glowing rain particles

Summary:
Fire creates glowing rain particles only visible at night. Also can appear from lightning due to the call of fire (lightning causes fire).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the night.
2. Set the rain/thunderstorm.
3. Summon fire with Flint and Steel.

Observed results:
In the place where the block was set on fire, as a result of the instant extinguishing of the fire, the rain particles become lighter.

Expected results:
There should be no glowing rain.
