Keyboard buffer and delay after SO update to Windows 10 build 14316 and 14332 (Preview)

Before this Windows build the game works fine.

Now, If I press a key (ex: W), and keep pressed.... the game apears to make a buffer. After release the key, the movement continues for a long time...
