Flowers remove the texture of the water when using a snow layer

not fixed when placing snow layer in flowers
After fixing 1.17.40.21, the water texture is not removed when hovering over a flower, but is removed when a snow layer is placed in the flower.

When hovering with a snow layer over the flowers (the flower support block), the flowers remove the water side. Also works with the following plants:

• Grass
• Fern
• Nether sprouts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the water and the indicated plants side by side.
2. Place the snow layer on the flower.

Observed results:
The texture of the side has disappeared from the water.

Expected results:
The texture of the water should not fade.
