Cannot Play with mobile users over LAN with Windows 10 edition!

I was playing on windows ten edition, and when i tried to join to a game on my Ipad, it said that the server was out of date. I noticed then that the version on windows 10 edition was 0.14.1 .
Why hasn't PE for iOS been updated yet?
