Missing doors, villagers and getting hit by nothing

Hi, I have been playing the same world for 4 months now and 3 random annoying bugs keep happening to me. 1) Doors keep disappearing from my houses and it always seems to be the same houses, I have had all my bees escape twice now, and it’s been a pain getting them back in,  so now I have to have the door covered by 2 dirt blocks all the time. 2) My villagers keep disappearing (it is completely mob proofed) they all disappeared apart from 3 out of the 12 and these 3 were trapped in houses, I had 4 trapped in houses, but one of them disappeared too. So I painstakingly got them all bred up again and into what trades I wanted again, for it to happen a 2^nd^ time, now for the 3^rd^ time it’s happened and every single one has gone this time? I have also noticed that most villages I visit have no villages in them too! 3) I keep getting randomly hit by nothing, I get hit either once or twice and that’s it, I can be up on a roof or anywhere and there is nothing about. I check myself to make sure I don’t have an arrow on me from a mob hiding in the shade, but nothing, also twice I was really high up on a roof when it happened? I hope this is something that can be fixed? Linda
