Chunk loading issue

Whenever I make a new caves and cliffs experimental world, everything is just fine, but whenever I leave the world then join it again, some chunks just suddenly disappear, and it's not just a rendering problem, I can actually fall into the void, I thought it was something to do with resource packs, I tried removing all resource packs I had activated, but the same bug keeps happening
