Input Delay #3

"Input delay / 60fps cap has been fixed" Nope that's cap i can get 120+ fps in 1.16.100 (last version from the input delay bug" Then when I switch to 1.6.200+ and I am not able to remove vsync or get above 60fps with input delay. Fix this just make it the same as 1.16.100
