No Blaze Spawner In Nether Fortress

In my survival world there is no Nether Fortress for about 10,000+ block, and the fortress that is there has zero blaze spawners. I know this and say it with confidence because I made a copy of the world and flew around to see if there was even one at all! Without the Blaze spawners it will make it virtually impossible to beat the world defeating the purpose of my survival world entirely.
