You cannot place several vines in one block

Summary:
It is impossible to place several vines in 1 block, but they can be grown and they can still be in 1 block.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try placing the vine on different sides of the same block.
2. Place the vines at different heights so that there is a vine on each side (at different height levels).
   
3. Set randomTickSpeed ​​to 4096.

Observed results:
You were not able to place several vines in one block, but you were able to grow them.

Expected results:
Several (up to 4) vines in 1 block must be placed.
