Input delay with keyboard input, but not mouse

There is a slight delay on my keyboard input anywhere in the client. This is present in a local world, server world, and even the menu screen. I've tried restarting, reinstalling the client, using the windows 10 repair function on the app. I contacted Minecraft support and they suggested that I put something here.
