Didn't get all my purchase

I purchased the starter collection for windows 10. I have downloaded the basegame however there is supposed to be 700 Minecoins, 2 Skin Packs, 1 Texture Pack, 1 Mash-Up Pack, and 1 World that goes along with it. I have not received those and evertime i try to Login, it says it cant log me in. I tried everything. The payment went through with no problems for the program. I would like my program/compensation or a REFUND!!!
