No lush caves in a cave a cliff mode toggled on

Hello , I created a world which version is 1.17.11 , and the cave and cliff game ode is enabled . I tried to find a lush cave by finding vines and azalea trees , I used whole day and ended up can’t find one , but when I try to create another new world it works perfectly fine which only took me about a few minutes to find a lush cave . The thing make me feel confused the most is that in my bedrock world , it does have 1.17 experimental gameplay generation , everything is fine but just no lush caves , I don’t know if it is the problem of the seed or what but please anyone know how to fix this without creating a new world . Also I won’t able to post any screenshots or videos because I can’t record for a whole day to prove I can’t find one . Thank you so much !
