FPS reduction in redmi note 9

After a few seconds of entering the world a delay in the actions of the game begins, it goes slowly, and I calculate that it runs at 20 FPS or less, the graphic problem persists even lowering the chunks to the minimum. The Xiaomi redmi note 4 device runs the Minecraft without problems but the Xiaomi redmi note 9 released this year has these terrible problems, it allows me to see up to 20 chunks but the problem of delays, lag, slow game and even slower when swimming persists.
