Bug in server description

When you create a new server in the list and the delete it, descriptions of adding of the new server and description of server, on which it was centered is layered.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new server in the list.
• Delete this server from this list.
• You will see description of another server: it layered with description of adding a new server.
