[MCPE-140] Missing items: not all maps include all resources

Hi I'm missing red mushrooms cactuses and sugar canes from my full entire map

I have a fix for this in mind for 0.5.0. For now, all maps don't necessarily have all the resources.

It would be really great to be able to add these to maps generated without. I already have a huge empire created on a map before I realised it had none of these :{
