Won't load blocks. I can see through everything can't see what I'm stood on.

When I load onto my partner's world I cannot see blocks in front of me or that I'm stood on I can see everything underground. He can't load into my worlds he just falls through them he's on 1.17.30.22 and can't update his xbox
