Error when add-on is added

When I was adding add-on, it happened 

Then I removed the add-on, but the error still was.

I tried everything . I uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled, I deleted the add-on entirely. 

I was killing, but its was for notching still a mistake.

Fix it 😓
