Galaxy Note 5 Performance Issues

My phone is a Galaxy Note 5

It seems when I try to play Minecraft on this phone I get very, very bad performance issues. The game is very laggy, and stutters very badly at low and unplayable frame rate even on the lowest settings. Before I got this phone I had a Galaxy S5 which had absolutely no issues running this game at max graphics.
