World hight replacement

Ik your testing in the new caves but there's in issue with the world when I tried logging in my old worlds the clouds are the ground. Besides that all my mobs died by Suffication and every item on my chests disappeared.  This bug doesn't happened when I create a new world so fix in the next beta.
