Chunks below y=0 fail to load, looking corrupted

I was crwat8ng a new world, to l9ok around for the new changes in mimecraft worlds, then i think when i saw this: my world is corrupted, or this is a bug. i tried go8ng on other wolrds, and the same thi g happens too.
