My top half of my Minecraft character can phase through blocks (it could be because of my elytra, but if i take off my elytra, i still can phase).

I nearly died when I got hit by a shulker and levitated to a block and my characters top half was in the block and nearly suffocated. The bug works in all dimensions. Also what is the texture of the jungle leaves? But I have more bugs that I forgot. The bug starts after flying with an elytra. The picture is me going into blocks and taking screenshots.
