Anvil does not deal any damage on mobs

From what I read on the Minecraft Wiki, anvils are supposed to deal a lot of damage on mobs when fall on them. However since 0.14.0, anvils do not deal any damages when fall on mobs. I tested with both survival mode on myself and creative mode with chickens.

I did a research with "anvils", I am sorry if this ticket is a duplicate.
