Hello! I discovered some problems with the tab buttons (button4&5) My question is, can we fix this? if you see this, thank you!

i cannot put a screen shot but i will explain the scenario.

On the side of the mouse, there are two tab buttons known as button 4 and 5.

 

i go to bind them, but nothing happens when i press it. I know my buttons arent messed up because i used it on a computer and it worked good. my settings are, "button 4" is "drop". Then, "button 5" is "crouch. i usually use "button 4" to get out of my inventory so thats a huge help with things. so as other title screens.
