Micrososft account not connecting properly

Ever since minecraft updated to 1.17.11 my microsoft account doesn't connect properly.

On the Nintendo Switch, the login can be performed, but the marketplace and the items obtained from it do not load even after waiting for 1.5 hours with good internet connection

On the Android version the microsoft account doesn't even perform the login.

I hope that at least by 1.18's release it is fixed, because it is quite the big inconvinience

 

*PS this problem occurs only on Minecraft, as Minecraft Dungeons still works just fine
