Give me the updated audio settings! I still only have music and sound!

I have the 1.17.11 version (PE) and my audio settings still aren't updated! I only have the choice of music and sound. I want to turn off Ambience/Cave but I still don't have that update.
UPDATE: I was using a texture pack that disabled the ability to change the sound, ive taken it off now and everything’s fixed!
