freezes at red mojang screen not responding

It is for 3rd time when this does to me. I have all updates up to date nothing wrong with my software or settings I check every possible step to get Minecraft working again with no luck. It is so annoying as I bought Minecraft in Windows Store in May and until now I can't play it again for 3rd time. What for we r paying if the game is crashing so often. 

When I start up Minecraft it goes to Mojang red starting screen and freezes in there. I reset and uninstall and reinstalled Minecraft nothing helped. How many more times this will be happening.
