minecraft:nectar_drip_particle doesn't clear/stop after executing it

When you execute the /particle command to produce minecraft:nectar_drip_particle, it doesn't clear afterwards.

Step to Reproduce
1. Use a command block, or try to play it by using the command /particle minecraft:nectar_drip_particle ~ ~1 ~
2. Execute it.

Expected Results
The particle plays until it stops.

Observed Results
The particle plays, but it doesn't stop or cleared.
