Player automatic fire-extinguishment.

When you're on fire and you quit the game and rejoin anytime later, then you are no longer on fire.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk into fire until you are on fire.
2. Walk out of fire.
3. Quit game before you are extinguished.
4. Rejoin game, and you will no longer be on fire.
