Sudden death after entering the portal

I went home normally after killing the ender dragon for the second time, but because I lost something in the end, I went back. Then when I returned from the end, I suddenly died and couldn’t continue the game. The rebirth button didn’t work, my friend That shows that I fell to death, but I entered the end gate normally. Then I was resurrected on the bed next to the door to pass through, and found that there was nothing left, not in the end, nor in the main world.
I now die every time I enter the portal.
