PoV is moved into Minecart when looking straight up in a moving Minecart

While I was messing around on Insperation Island, I found a really strange bug. When riding the minecart in the redstone section I looked directly up and my view ended up in the minecart! It would keep happening every time I looked straight up but would only happen when looking straight up in the minecart and while moving. It worked when I was still however.
