Minecraft - stops working when using alt+tab or tabbing out on a different application and disconnecting players in your world when minecraft window is in fullscreen mode

So basically when I use alt+tab or tabbing out in another window application in minecraft window then i open the minecraft window it suddenly just stops functioning and when i do that too it disconnects players out of your world when doing alt+tab or tabbing out of minecraft window.
