minecon capes cant be used with any custom skin and does not show elytra

i got the skin pack of minecon 2016 in 2016 and i cant use it with any skins other than steve and alex i just want you to fix it and make them a character creator capes so ii can use them with custom capes and make it so elytra can be shown with a different look like any cape
