Ducktales Golden Key won't go in

I found the Golden Key for the catacombs, but it won't go into the keyhole... tried the other keys to make sure it wasn't a trick, but none worked. Tried restarting the map, but still got stuck at that point... tried looking for a command prompt to put in to complete the event, but without knowing the proper command names :/
