Shulker box duplication using nether portals

Item duplication with nether portal.
When ever a Player goes to nether and place Shulker box on nether then immediately teleports to overworld and quit the game, when he/she joins world again that shulker box was duplicates, 1 in inventory and 1 in nether world.
