Disconnection issue of realms

So I own an kitpvp realm suddenly it is disconnecting everyone that is in the realm and it reverts to an older backup and their is nothing causing it theirs even no lag and players aren’t even hacking so please fix this issue before it gets out of handy when players get disconnected it says disconnected from server
