block freezes after being pushed with piston next to another block

I am creating a conveyor belt of blocks with blocks and carpets, with a clock made of blocks commands creates the carpets and blocks while several pistons push it to continue its way after a few minutes two blocks are created that remain frozen without leaving pass the other block
this frozen block cannot be destroyed and stays in the same position
