Inter-console connection problem in online multi-player

My problem is quite complicated to explain because I do not know the cause

 

I am a minecraft player on switch console, but for some time now I cannot see my friends logged in, they are playing on Ps4 console, my microsoft and Nintendo account are logged in to ms console and working fine

 

If my friends try to search for me, they keep loading, I managed to add them to my friends list, but I don't see them connected to their worlds, yet all correlated settings are fine.

 

This problem has persisted for 3 weeks and, as we all have a very good WiFi connection, it remains unresolved.

 

Please send me a plausible answer to my problem as soon as possible.
