add hardcore mode

first of all i dont know how to go to suggestions, so bedrock and java are on the road to making them similar so why not add hardcore mode not as a major update but as a small update.i dont think that it is a difficult add on its just adding new style of hearts and more mobs thats it and ofc one life!
