Armor Stands Are Becoming Invisible

When I was trying to make a cool spinning blade with armor stands and command blocks, suddenly the armor stands started to disappear. I got pretty mad. I think this got patched, but I didn't find a different report about this. That's the reason I can't take a screenshot of it.
