Multiple periodical graphic errora

Graphical errors on block break for xbox one x. Friends reported blocks breaking and being replaced with a copper block. Series s host gets multiple errors for the anikin skin. The world is in the experimental caves and cliffs mode. Most of the graphic errors will reset on a rest of the game. All players skins get reset to default Steve during gameplay.
