Molang "query.is_critical" doesnt do anything

The "query.is_critical" molang function does not do anything, land a critical hit and nothing happens.

How To Reproduce?
1. install the behavior pack i sent.
2. apply it to a world
3. try to land a critical hit.

Expected Results:
the command "/execute @a ~~~ say critical" shouldve ran

What really happens:
Nothing,

Another issue shows that it also affects minecraft 1.16.200
