Somethimes in my map spaw it takes me to open inventori

Sometimes in my map spawn it takes me to open the inventory or any chest, and I can't attack friendly or hostile creatures, It's like I'm with member permission in my own world. when that happens i can only wander around the map by walking and jumping but it's impossible to interact with creature and entity blocks and the mobs stay still as if they were statues.
