Realms. Mobs despawn when loading up realm even with nametags

On Realms, mobs tend to despawn every time a player joins the realm. This happens a lot with villagers, breaking automated farms and needing to place another villager. Also noticed it happen with livestock (happened a lot with goats). It also doesn't seem to matter whether or not the mob is named with a nametags, they still despawn.
